Although our Cape Cod Times account has existed since the 60”s, the connection fails to work numerous times each month. Sometimes, it asks me to sign in. Then, it addresses me by name but then requires me to fill in all my information again. Unlike other apps, this one has required me to change my password every once in a while after refusing mine. I keep a printed list of passwords and do not “forget” them!

It’s wicked

The newest version’s e-paper is terrible. It freezes and is loaded with ads. I’m paying for the app, why should I have ads in the middle of articles. And why do I have to close and restart the app several times a day just to get through the news. Old app was much better. C’mon Gannet-you already got rid of most of the local staff. The least you can do is give us an app that works!

Difficulty continually in opening the epaper. Getting very frustrated. Have signed out and back in, no effect.

July 16 version of CCT is unavailable. Only USA Today. I don’t want USA Today, I subscribe to the CCT for local news. There seems to be no recourse as to notifying anyone about this. If I can’t get the paper I subscribe to I will cancel my subscription.

eNewspaper doesn’t always load, the ads always do though so there’s that. Just an overall slow and clunky app.

Fried Clam story on 7/3/24 indicates in title “Best Clams in 2014” and shows a photo of Cookes in Hyannis which closed a couple of years ago. Thanks for the valuable insight ?

Does not work well reading with my iPad…..VERY unstable…freezes, won’t open correctly, bring up wrong pages.. Fix or lose a long time subscriber….. David Constance

Keeps happening. Mid morning and no new edition has been received. Restarted everything. Still yesterday’s news. What’s the point?

I would like to read the paper when I’m not at the Cape, but it’s not worth the effort and all the ads that are in linked into it
