Before u did the update I couldn’t go to the next location. U did update and everything erased and I’m back to level 1 and it freezes. I’m so disappointed in this game😡😡😡😡

I’m very disappointed this game caught my eye and looked very interesting the reason why I downloaded and level is tripping already it’s straight stuck on froze mode🥱😩🤦🏾‍♀️

I’m at level 100 but can’t get to the next city to play

Tried to play freezes on level 2 the screen is frozen!!!

Been playing, actually I kinda like the game BUT.. I’m already on level 320 and I can’t still move to the next place?? Fix it or you’ll loose players, just saying..

Can’t pass the second level keep freezing

Does not provide needed spray bottle so level 2 cannot be completed.

Second level requires a spray bottle, yet I don’t have one yet. I can’t even get past this level.

I thought I like this game, but it keeps freezing, I would help a few customers, but can’t.The game won’t let me get second item to help a customer. I can’t reach the goal and I’m losing customers.I can’t scroll down to get the item. Please fix this issue. I would rate it higher. Please help.
