I have several fire boxes in my house and this remote rarely connects to any of them and when it does, it drops connection constantly it’s pretty much useless.

The remote app takes forever to find and connect to my TV. Then when it does, it will lose the connection after about 15 minutes. The only way to use this remote is to constantly restart it and restart the TV so they’ll find each other again. Frustrating.

The back button on my remote doesn’t work so I have to use the app but the past 2 weeks it can’t even locate my fire stick device even though I set it all up and was working fine for almost a year now.
This is so frustrating.
Doesn’t work in macOS Sequoia

I loved using the Fire TV app on my MacBook Air until upgrading to macOS Sequoia. The app never opens to a channel guide, only to an enlarged wifi symbol with a Settings bar. The App Support link on the app’s page in the App Store is broken as well.
