Unhappy with last update… first time purchasing and ended up losing all … and can’t submit complaint because it says I am not logged in with apple, but I am!

**UPDATE** What happened to the next chapter unlocking every 8 hours??? It suddenly stopped working today. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. 😭😭😭 I am really really enjoying this app. I’ve tried a few others and hated the fact that they give you so few coins that it takes over a week to gain enough to read one page from one story. ——————————————————————— I like some of the stories. However, the app divides stories into 200+ chapters and you need 33 coins to read each chapter. The math is INSANE. Even if you watch the ads to earn extra coins, once you read one page, over 70 coins disappear. Free chapters are available every 8 hours.

I had to reach out multiple times to cancel the subscription before someone finally answered my email. When I informed of my experience the other side just completely ignored it and said my thread was now closed. I’m so glad I am canceling this service. It’s a nightmare to get it canceled.

T he author needs to buy a dictionary and a thesaurus to start.

I started reading a story and had to stop. I’m not sure where these come from, but what I read was low quality content that was made worse by a multitude of cringe worthy grammatical errors. It sounds like it was possibly written in a language other than English and translated using some sort of translating software. It still needed to be edited to work out the translation issues. In my opinion, it is not even readable right now.

I like the stories.

I can’t figure out what the title was and I can’t find the story anymore. Very frustrating.

I think it’s a really crappie deal to entice the reader with a good story, get them to invest their money and not only rip them off by not giving them the coins paid for but backing the story up by 10 or more “chapters” that have already been read in the tease. I would also suggest that when you have people set up their free “trial” you actually give them something for free other than that grace period before you start raping them for $10.00 a week just to read books. Anyone ever heard of a library? As I was signing up for the free trial, I was offered a deal of 1500 coins for $0.99. I thought good idea. Well you thought so too, because you took my money but then you conveniently forgot to give me the credit. So I had to pay you for the privilege of reading the story. Then I checked the chapter page…199 chapters. Are you kidding me? I’ve read 1000 page books that didn’t have 199 chapters. You purposely break the chapters down into much smaller chunks to make more money of your patrons. How tacky of you. The story that I was reading was very interesting and engaging and I will be sorry to never be able to finish it but not giving your crappie company anymore of my money is all the pleasure I need to be able to sleep well tonight. I’m sad to think that others aren’t smart enough to realize how unethical what you offer is seeing how most books are available through your states digital libraries for FREE FOLKS!!! I will say it again…FREE BOOKS DELIVERED TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE OF YOUR CHOICE ‼️Don’t pay these leaches for their content. Load your local libraries app and go on a staycation. I’m done and out.

I saw an ad for this app on other reading apps and on game apps. The stories that I was given glimpses of in the ads where really good and I would love to have continued to read those books and the MANY other books that are on the app, but I do NOT have the money to buy coins/passes no matter how I save. Since I now have a baby on the way, I definitely can’t afford to spend money on an app no matter how great it seems. I would have loved to have seen a daily rewards check in and/or even an ad watching set up to gain coins/passes to unlock chapters. Unfortunately because I don’t have the money to buy them I have no choice but to delete the app since I won’t be able to finish any of the books here. Very big sad.

Apple get this off the store! They shouldn’t be allowed on the store scamming people. I knew I shouldn’t but I wanted to finish the book so I did a week trial period for .99. I could easily read the two books I started in the time. Except the books were never unlocked they should have been. And when contacting them they wanted more information which I will not give. I expect more from Apple. With this many people claiming fraud and scam Apple needs to step up and remove this app! Update: developer seems to reach out however I did contact them immediately and shocker they wanted more personal information then needed like 90% of my cc number. Don’t be fooled by their constant response to problems with “feel good responses” that in the end will get you nowhere!
