Honestly this is the absolute more bare minimum app I’ve ever used. The sign-in process is severely outdated. As the other review said, you straight up can’t log in sometimes even though the credentials are correct. I’ll close and reopen the app after a bit with the same credentials and then it’ll work. There’s not even an option of “forgot your password” it’s either login or register. What happens if you forget your pw? Then there’s UI/UX that’s just wonky. For example when youre choosing a date you HAVE to scroll horizontally and you can’t click the date. Hmm… In what world is that standard interaction. There’s also a severe lag on typing and clicking. At the end of the day, interactions that should take 1-2 min take >5 bc you’re facing so many issues every time you try to use it. I’m not sure if there’s any investment in this product but even a few minor fixes could alleviate a lot of annoyance and frustration for the user.

No matter how many times I try to log in or how many new accounts I create, the app won’t let me log in. There’s no forgot password option at all, so there’s no way of resolving the issue yourself, leaving you with the only option of emailing tech support and hoping for a response. This has been a persisting issue for (no exaggeration) well over a year.
