    Then they start to slip out of my ear, requiring very frequent pushes to restore seal. This is regardless of the “technique” and ear cup size. Worse when you are sweaty from a workout or yard work. Bass is amazing and down to 20hz legitimately when they are fitted. Pretty clear sound overall when fitted.

    Hi the find my Buds feature is useless if it is disabled in mono mode: there is a 40% chance that it's in mono mode because i can't find the other bud and if i can't ensure that it's working and find the bud at the same time it's pointless

    The first time I used this app was with a pair of JBL Tune headphones. I decided to use it to listen to music and pressed the “Jazz” button. My soul left my body.

    When I put my headphones back into charging case, it still stays on and connected to my phone and will keep the battery running. I have to forget the device in my bluetooth for it to actually disconnect, and sometimes that still doesn't even charge entirely. Very frustrating and annoying experience. Do better.

    The quick start guide says the headphones are supported but the app cannot find them. Only two TUNE headsets are listed on the device menu.
