    1) would be nice that app will recognize directional after dropping off a package. Would make it easier instead of starting to go, then to have to make a u turn to go back the other way. 2) app allows up to 5 minutes to cancel a block if picked in error. After this it does not allow to choose for the same block period. Example: today I picked up a block in error that started at 6:30pm. It was 6:25, so no possible way to make it to station. After I noticed the time, i cancelled. Now no more blocks to choose from and I’m 12 minutes from that station and willing to drive. 3) making it easier when there is app issues to receive payment. Example: I arrived at the station timely, app didn’t work. I called support and somehow they had to transfer me a o another agent. When I got to the second agent it was already past 10 minutes, therefore no longer able to get me in. To this day I have not received payment and no response from support. Waste of time on my end getting up so early to be told you will be paid, but then no payment because of app. Issues.

    Doy evaluación máximo ya q an mejorado desde mi ultima reseña. Ya el GPS de la aplicación funciona mejor órdenes no hay muchas. Pero al menos se coje alguna los bloques deberían de pagarlos un poco mas e visto q en otros estado esta aplicación paga de doble de lo q nos pagan acá esos bloques de madrugada deberían ser mejor pagados. Por peligrosidad y q el repartido está en peligro a un asalto o q un cliente no lo reconozca

    Some Flex drivers aren’t using the mapping feature. As a result, they seem to be bypassing the “confirm arrival with a selfie” screen. Instead, these drivers are arriving at the station with the “scan your route” screen on their phones. As a yard marshal this puts me in bind. The scan screen offers no apparent access to the Home Screen, so I am unable to read the driver’s Flex calendar and confirm his time block *before* allowing the driver onto the launch pad. Is there a workaround you can recommend?

    It’s decent, but I can’t give it a super high rating because they send you really far from home, and you should receive $20/hour after that. Got a Toyota Prius? Well, then you’ll do amazing! I got a Honda Pilot, and my gas mileage is less than half the Prius. I think they could pay about $50 more per job and people could afford to take care of their cars when they need repairs. It’s extremely difficult to do this job, and support my family. It’s possible, but difficult. Sometimes I’d rather just do Lyft because it’s not as hard on my car with all of the stops. Do they care? I doubt it. That’s my 2 cents. Nothing will ever change.

    I tried to sign up and it won’t allow me to walk. It doesn’t show anything else and it doesn’t allow me to do anything else other than the app.

    The new update is terrible. After I canceled 2 blocks because I could not work at that time due to emergency, the app keeps me solving the captcha over and over again and I solve it successfully and correctly. I still cannot schedule even my reserved blocks. I emailed and called driver support and they are not helpful at all. It has been 4 days with the captcha jail. Please fix this. I know a lot of people having the same issue as I do. We missed a lot of money now. I understand the captcha means to prevent userS from using bots but the ones who do not use bots at all and get the captcha thing every single time I try to schedule a block IS TERRIBLE.

    App is a waste of time if not available in your region. Even if you change regions nothing can be done to change your region unless your a level two shopper which is impossible if it was not available in previous region. Customer service unable to give real solution. If I could give 0 stars I would
